Insurance benefits will be verified and confirmed with each client before any services are provided. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate, and all insurance companies differ in terms of coverage and verification.

Like all medical providers, portions of the bill not covered by insurance will be billed directly to the patient. 

For patients and families who require financial assistance, sliding scale self-pay options and pro-bono services are available. Pro-bono service appointments are limited, and patients are generally placed on a waitlist. 

Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be changed or cancelled within 48 hours to avoid a late cancellation fee.
